Welcome to wearecalifornia.org, the website of We Are California, a multiracial, multigenerational, multi-issue movement to advance the common dream of a good life, quality education, safety for our families, and a place to call home. We know that you care how information about you is used and shared. This Privacy Policy explains what information of yours will be collected by We Are California when you use our website and online services, how the information will be used, and how you can control the collection, correction and/or deletion of information. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy does not apply to information we collect by other means (including offline) or from other sources.

2. Information We Collect

User-Provided Information: You provide us information about yourself, such as your name and email address, if you sign up using a form on our site or or other We Are California digital platform. If you correspond with us by email, we may retain the content of your email messages, your email address and our responses.

We Are California uses Cloudflare, Google, Meta, The Action Network, Mobilize, Callhub and other services to manage our website and organize our community of supporters. You can read more about those companies and their features on their respective websites. Personally Identifiable Information: We Are California may share your information with coalition members and allied groups for the purpose of organizing for a better California. We may store personal information in locations outside the direct control of We Are California (for instance, on servers or databases co-located with hosting providers).
