From the farmer workers in the Central Valley, to the teachers in LA and Oakland, to the tech workers in the Bay Area – we are united by one vision: A California where every working person has the opportunity to thrive.
But working-class people here and across the country are fed up with the abandonment of political parties who cater to the bigots, bullies, and billionaires that only care for their own profits. These are the forces standing in the way of real change. We’re tired of the status-quo that leaves working-class people behind.
That is why we launched the We Are CA Roar Team.
This new outreach group, for us by us, is committed to connecting our neighborhoods and communities, block-by-block, to really get to know one another and fight for a California where our policies match our values. Think carne-asada meets cookout meets drum circle.
We want to know what your priorities are, what fears you have after this election, what you’re fired up to do, and how we can help you make your community better and stronger.
Together we will take on the corporate interests that put profits over people, challenge the systems that keep us divided, and push for a future where everyone – regardless of how much money they have, where they live, or what they look like – has the freedom to thrive.
